We have a large team of experienced, compassionate counsellors who can work with people facing all kinds of challenges. Online, over the phone or face to face in Swansea. Whether there’s a specific challenge you’re facing, or you just aren’t feeling yourself right now, our counsellors work with you in a safe, confidential space.

Counselling can help you work through your challenges, put together strategies for making life easier, and find your path forward.
Our counsellors can work with individuals, couples and young people age 7 plus.
As well as English many of our qualified counsellors can speak a diverse range of languages including Bengali, German, Greek, Hindi, Norwegian, Polish, Urdu and Welsh.
We are part of Platfform the charity for mental health and social change. All our profits are reinvested into Platfform to support community projects.

Monday to Wednesday 9am-8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm
